Are your items authentic?
Della Foca sources and sells only pieces we believe to be authentic. Each item is reviewed before listing, with attention to signatures, hallmarks, construction, materials, age, and design details. We also photograph relevant marks and details whenever possible so buyers can review them before purchasing.
Are your items new?
Most Della Foca pieces are vintage or pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Even pieces in excellent or preserved condition may show minor signs of age, storage, handling, or previous ownership.
Do vintage pieces come with original packaging?
Original packaging is included only when specifically stated in the listing. If a box, pouch, card, or dust bag is not mentioned, it is not included.
What does “vintage condition” mean?
Vintage condition means the item is not newly manufactured and may show age-related wear. This can include minor tarnishing, plating wear, surface scratches, oxidation, patina, aged clips or clasps, stone wear, glue residue, or other signs consistent with vintage jewelry.
Are photos unique to each item?
Yes. Photos are taken for the specific item being listed and are considered part of that item’s description. We do not use interchangeable photos between items. Please review all images carefully, especially close-up photos of signatures, hardware, stones, plating, and any noted flaws.
Can I request additional photos or measurements?
Yes. If you need additional photos, measurements, or condition details before purchasing, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
How long does shipping take?
Della Foca currently ships within the United States through FedEx. Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase. Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier service. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Due to the vintage and pre-owned nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review all photos and the full description carefully before purchasing.
What if I receive the wrong item or something was misrepresented?
If you believe you received the wrong item or that an item was materially misrepresented, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue.
How should I care for vintage jewelry?
Please handle vintage jewelry gently. Avoid water, perfume, lotions, heavy pulling, and impact. Store pieces separately in a dry place to help preserve plating, stones, pearls, enamel, and metalwork.
