Due to the vintage and pre-owned nature of our items, all sales are final. Della Foca does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

 

Vintage & Pre-Owned Condition

All items are sold as vintage or pre-owned pieces and may show signs of age, wear, storage, or previous use. These may include, but are not limited to, plating wear, tarnishing, oxidation, surface scratches, stone wear, loose or aging components, weakened clips, missing stones, glue residue, or other condition changes consistent with vintage jewelry.

 

Please Review Before Purchasing

Please review all photos carefully, as photos are part of the description. We also ask that buyers read the full listing, especially the condition and flaw notes, before purchasing. Measurements, materials, signatures, and condition details are provided to the best of our ability.

 

No Manufacturer Warranty

Della Foca is a vintage resale shop and not the original manufacturer of the pieces we sell. We are not responsible for the long-term durability, manufacturing quality, or future wear of vintage items, including issues such as stones becoming loose, clips weakening, plating changing, or other age-related changes after purchase.

 

Issues With Your Order

If you believe you received the wrong item or an item was materially misrepresented, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue.
